FOLIO 06 — CONTACT
Begin theconversation.
Correspondence is invited from qualified and professional investors, and from the allocators and advisers who act for them. The memorandum follows qualification; the conversation begins here.
FOR QUALIFIED AND PROFESSIONAL INVESTORS ONLY. THIS IS NOT AN OFFER.
We respond within two business days.† We do not market; we correspond. A first reply sets out eligibility, the shape of the memorandum, and what we will ask of you before anything is sent.
Write once, plainly. There is no distribution list to join and no cadence of follow-ups to expect. If the fit is poor, we say so early and in writing.
What to prepare
- 01EntityThe investing vehicle — fund, family office, corporate treasury or personal account — and where it sits.
- 02JurisdictionThe law under which you would subscribe. UAE, Singapore and the UK are covered directly; others are considered.
- 03Indicative ticketA range is sufficient. It shapes share class and reporting cadence, nothing else.
- 04TimelineWhen capital could move, from first reading of the memorandum to subscription.
Correspondence cardQTC / IR
Correspondence is read in order of receipt. No telephone desk is maintained; the written record is the record.
Notes & methodology
- Two business days are measured against the receiving desk's working week: Sunday–Thursday in the UAE, Monday–Friday in Singapore and the United Kingdom. The figure is a service standard, not a contractual term.
- Qualified, professional and institutional are read under the rules of the investor's own jurisdiction. Eligibility is assessed before any document is sent; the correspondence card does not itself confer access.
- The reference number acknowledges receipt only. It implies no assessment of eligibility and creates no obligation on either side.
- Desk hours are indicative local times: Gulf Standard Time (UTC+4), Singapore Time (UTC+8), Greenwich Mean Time (UTC+0). Written correspondence to ir@quanttrail.com is read regardless of hour.
